It’s been intense lately! Some may be feeling it strongly, others may not be feeling anything. All of it is just fine…you are exactly where you need to be.
If you have been sensitive to the energetic pulses and swirly dizziness, you may also be feeling a bit of anxiety and shortness of breath. If there is no medical reason for you to be experiencing these symptoms, then chances are that you’re feeling the energetic shifts. If you feel the need to check with your doctor just to be sure, by all means do so. Peace of mind is important during these times of transformation. There may be a mix of emotions due to the uncertainty of what lies in front of you, and quite possibly, the fear may be dissolving…even though you know that previously you would have felt a lot of fear in a similar situation.
Where once the mind was the guiding force, things are shifting so that it is coming under the guidance of the heart. The heart is now opening and expanding “three sizes larger” in order to be the primary guiding force. What this means is that your capacity for love is increasing dramatically. This also means that your potentials for dreams and your life purpose are also shifting. You have a larger capacity to accomplish more, be more, and do more, and your life in this dimension may shift accordingly. Things or people or relationships or jobs may fall away, as you are pulled or guided into new avenues that will allow you to grow into your greater potential. As this shift happens…expanding the heart and your capacity for love and potentials…the lungs may not know how to manage with all the shifts, so panic may set in and the lungs start feeling pressured.
Rather than surrender to the panic, breathe into the pressure. Make room for the heart to grow by breathing space around it. Breathe deeply for several minutes at a time. For those who are familiar with breathwork, this is the perfect time to apply it. For those who aren’t, here is a simple suggestion.
- Breathe in for four counts through the mouth and completely fill up the lungs and chest with air and peaceful, vibrant, clean energy.
- Hold for one count.
- Breathe out for four counts through the mouth, completely emptying the lungs and chest of old energy, toxins, old patterns, old thoughts…anything you wish to flush.
- Hold for one count.
As you breathe, imagine stretching the barriers around your heart, lungs, and body…increasing flexibility and making room for more love in your life. Then allow your heart to open to receive all that the Universe has to share with you.
